Biography
Ben, despite being famous in Oxford for his sporting exploits and Trampolining Cuppers Victory, is famous back home for being one of three Quigleys never to miss a day of school. The young Quigleys were splashed all over the Oldham press, rather embarrassingly for a lad that has destroyed all before him as a Blues Boxer.
Indeed, his attachment to his schooldays can be witnessed by the fact that his standard answer to the question "what course are you studying?" is "Science".
On the field, Ben can more than take a game by the scruff of the neck. Unfortunately for Quiglet, the same cannot be said of his eye for goal, where he tends to panic, not score. Twice clean through on goal last season, he managed to hospitalise two keepers from three yards out, where tapping the ball into the empty net seemed the easier option.
Quigley's first goal of the season came from a penalty against a poor Brasenose side. when questioned about the 'Penalty Spot' by Martin, Quigley replied - 'yeah massive wasn't it.'
